We have 2 very distinctive lifestyle communities. We have Country Club living that is located on or near the beautiful La Contenta Golf Course. There are several great golf courses within minutes including Green Horn Creek, Saddleback, Castle Oaks, Trinitas, and more. We have 2 gated communities in the same area, with smaller more manageable lot sizes for the retired or very busy folks. We also are surrounded by very country style ranchettes ranging from 1/2 acre to 1 acre, 3 or more acres. You can have horses, 4H projects, cattle, or any agriculture adventure you can imagine. I also do most of the commercial and industrial leasing in this area. I have retail spaces in the busiest commercial centers of Jackson, and Valley Springs, Ca. Both Amador and Calaveras Counties have proven to be great locations for small businesses, even in these challenging times.
